You can watch the update process across Google datacenters on http://www.digpagerank.com/. It might give you idea before update is completed :-)

Seems like the propagation across most DCs is complete. I have to say, I am very happy with the results.

I got PR update from 0 to 4 for the inner pages, but domain and index.htm is still the same.

I got PR from 0 to 5 for my new web site seoworkers.com, and PR from 0 to 4 for its forum.
My older site's webnauts.net inner pages increased PR from 4 and 5 to 6, and the index page remained the same.
