Google is indexing himself

Okay, of course is Google indexing himself. But it can´t be the aim of Google to index this:
site:google.de/xml
site:google.it/xml

Some of this where even sighted in the normal SERPs, so someone at the plex should change the robots.txt.

I think that it's Google editor's mistake.
There was similar example in Yandex (Russian Search Engine).
