Do you feel they gave you enough time to learn the new UI before moving you to the new quality score ppc rank model?

my experiences with YSM have been fairly painful to say the least...
Random issues with the spreadsheet conversion tool, then trying to manually convert a spreadsheet, then getting even more confused by people at yahoo not knowing what they're doing either! It seems to me that the user interface and the speed of the whole system has gone forward leaps and bounds. The use of Ajax has made the interface work very well indeed! The editing of accounts though has taken a step back to the darkages of bulk downloads/uploads. Making even small changes seems quite a challenge. I dont understand why they removed the online editing features. Anyone know if yahoo plan on released a Adwords Editor style bit of kit? |
