Infact, many updates in Sitelinks. Also to update, MSN also has launched sitelink feature.

MSN had sitelinks since Sept. 2007.

Most of the sites I have been tracking are showing sitelinks here and there. meaning, they show up when you search on certain terms or on the domain name.
