WILL THIS CASE GET TO THE SUPREME COURT - THE OUTCOME COULD CHANGE HOW SEARCH ENGINES INDEX

Yeah, the judge's ruling is definitely huge. This could cause a massive fallout. Wow!

Wow, I didn't know this was still pending either. Its pretty ridiculous some of this, it looks like Google is hiring more attorneys these days than actual search professionals.

I agree, Phoenix, and after having read the rumor over on Threadwatch about Larry Page throwing a conniption (sp?) fit, ya really gotta wonder if things aren't crumbling around them. (threadwatch thread at www.threadwatch.org/node/5694)
